Oh, the Places Skippy Will Go!

Congratulations! Today is your day!

My name is Skippy, and I’m ready to play!

I’m two years young and I’m ready to zoom,

Bringing bright, bouncy energy into the room!

I have brains in my head and four paws on my feet,

But it’s my favorite humans that make my life sweet!

When we stroll all alone, I’m a total delight,

My leash manners are perfect, I don’t pull or take flight!

But sometimes, oh sometimes, when there are other eyes around,

My brain gets excited, my paws start to dance,

And I get a bit crazy if given the chance!

I just want to join the crowd, I want to say hi,

So I might bounce around as the other animals go by!

I’ll need a yard of my own where I can safely run,

To stretch out my paws and have lots of fun!

I can be your only dog or join a doggy crew,

As long as I’m in a home and surrounded by you!

I love to give hugs and jump with glee

A home filled with big kids would be perfect for me!

With cats in my foster home, I try to be nice,

But if they start running, I won’t think twice!

A chase will begin, and it’s a race I must win!

And when the day ends and it’s time for some sleep?

Into my crate I will happily creep!

I am crate trained completely, a dream in my bed,

While visions of toys dance in my head.

With you by my side, I 100% percent guarantee

To be the most loyal, fun-loving friend you’ll ever need.

Your Skippy is waiting… So get on your way!

I just can’t wait for my adoption day!
