Chip is a neutered male, 8 months of age that is beginning life with a few extra challenges. Chip had double cherry eye surgery, is visually impaired and said to only be able to see shadows. Chip was able to recover from surgery in a foster home but is now headed back to the shelter. Chip does well with kids and dogs, cats are unknown. He is neutered and heartworm negative. Please consider fostering Chip.
