Hi Everyone!  My name is Marigold. I am a two year old lemon pocket pointer. I am a happy girl that would be happy to snuggle up on your sofa or lap. Once I get comfortable, I am happy to snuggle my day away with you whenever we are not outside enjoying the fresh air.  I make a good watch dog. I will alert you to strange noises and anything out of the ordinary. I love running and playing with my foster sisters and exploring on my own. So, I could be happy as an only dog or with other friendly dogs in the home.  I play hard and sleep hard! I would love an active family as I am a young pointer with energy for all the adventures. I am pretty polite on a leash.  I am gentle when you offer me treats.  I have excellent house manners.  If you tell me what you expect, I will honor that. I am willing to learn and try new things with my family. I like car rides.  I am as cute as a button!  I always go potty in the same corner of the yard and I do a funny little hopping dance there. I respect the fence and just look at all those birds on the other side.

I developed a little fear of coming in the side door after being outside. (I have no issues going out that door.) Foster mom has been trying to show me it is okay, but I have anxiety about it, so I wear a long line outside so I can get help to come in out of the cold. This is a small thing that I can learn is okay with patience.
