Dean is the SWEETEST boy! Anyone who’s owned, fostered, or otherwise loved one of the ‘Bird Dog Man’ dogs will just adore Dean- he’s gentle, happy, playful, and while shy, is coming around beautifully to being a well-loved house dog. He is beautifully dog social and while still nervous of people, he is easy to catch (he pancakes to the ground when approached) and loads happily into a crate or vehicle. He follows along if taken out on a leash, or if guidance is needed in the house. He has seen cats and had no response, typical of most of the BDM dogs. His happy bird-chip barks and perky personality are a joy to live with! He enjoys hiking, has seen and played in wading-deep lakes, and loves to run alongside his foster mom’s border collies when they play fetch!
