Topher arrived as an emaciated stray to a rural shelter that is over capacity already. Topher has tested well with dogs and cats, is very sweet with humans, happy and wiggly. Topher does have what is believed to be an old injury to his hind right leg that will need further evaluation and possible amputation. Topher is heartworm negative, approximately 4 years of age and desperately needs our help. Please consider fostering Topher!
