Who wants a puppy?!?!  Arthur is very much a puppy still and eager to find a new home that will love him and show him the ropes of how to be the very best boy!

Arthur comes to us from a breeding operation where it was determined he wouldn’t be a good hunting dog for one reason or another – but it doesn’t mean he won’t be your new best friend!

Arthur loves to play with toys – mostly destroying them – so a home that can help him understand what is and is not a toy is best.  He loves to find ways to entertain himself and does best when given direction and lots of exercise.

He loves to be with his people and to snuggle close at night.  A home where Arthur can share a bed at night with his person will be the best.  While Arthur can be crated, he would much rather curl up next to you.  He seeks affection and responds well to lots of praise.

The right home for Arthur is one with pointer experience and the patience to teach him boundaries and manners.  He’s working on learning but will need to continue with this training in his new home.While it might take more work than an older dog who’s already trained, Arthur will reward you with his love and cuddles!
